Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Real Reading mobile application and its auto-renewable subscription.

Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using Real Reading (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Real Reading grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy the App (except as expressly permitted by this license), reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
Subscription
What you get.
Length and price.
One subscription is offered: Real Reading Monthly, priced at $7.99 USD per month (or the local-currency equivalent set by Apple). The subscription period is one month and renews monthly.
Auto-renewal.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price stated above.
Managing or canceling.
You may manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on your device after purchase. Apple does not allow apps to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Refunds.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not collect or store your personal reading data — your word library and history live on your device.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not use the App to upload content you do not have the right to share, to attempt to disrupt our servers, or to circumvent the App’s subscription gating.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Reading disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Reading’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App will not exceed the amount you have paid to Real Reading (via Apple) in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Real Reading only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
